If you are a single parent, are you receiving child support for your children? We can assist you in getting child support.

We can assist you in locating a parent, establish paternity, obtain court orders and modify court orders. The Board of Social Services has many investigative tools to help locate non-custodial parents.

The more information we can receive, the easier it is to locate a non-custodial parent.

We have a staff of attorneys that represent the Board in court proceedings. The Board actively tries to enter into consent orders if both parties are amendable, therefore avoiding going to court.

The Child Support Program is our largest program and processes about 11,000 cases per year. Our success has enabled many children to have an improved quality of life.
