We can assist you in locating a parent, establish paternity, obtain court orders and modify court orders. The Board of Social Services has many investigative tools to help locate non-custodial parents. |

We have a staff of attorneys that represent the Board in court proceedings. The Board actively tries to enter into consent orders if both parties are amendable, therefore avoiding going to court. |

| The Child Support Program is our largest program and processes about 11,000 cases per year. Our success has enabled many children to have an improved quality of life. |  |
